Who is responsible

What we collect and why

When you join the waitlist, we store:

• your email address,
• the date and time you joined,
• your personal invite code, who invited you (if anyone) and how many people joined with your link.
• which link brought you to the page (for example which of our social media accounts).

We use this only to run the waitlist: to confirm your email, to show your place in line, to email you about the launch, your free access and early beta access, and to pick the first 50 people for early access. We never sell your data.

Legal basis (for visitors from the EU/EEA): your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by joining and confirming your email (double opt-in). You can withdraw it at any time.

No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels or advertising tools. We only count how many times the page is opened per day and how many people join. These counts contain no personal data. They are split by the link visitors came from, so we know which of our accounts brings people. Your invite code is saved in your own browser (local storage) so you can see your place in line when you come back. You can delete it anytime by clearing your browser data.

Service providers

• Netlify, Inc. (USA) hosts this website and stores the waitlist. When you open the page, Netlify processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver it and keep it secure.
• MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania, EU) sends our emails and stores your email address for that purpose.

Where data is transferred to the USA, this is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep your data

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you stay subscribed, we delete waitlist data no later than 12 months after the app launches, unless you have become a user of the app.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Email us at hello@fitlution.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, you can also complain to your data protection authority. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct their data; we do not sell or share personal information.

Children

The waitlist is not intended for children under 16.

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
